Please be advised... we do not do refunds for missed appointments, changes in your or clients schedule or due to illness. However, if it is Covid 19 related we do allow you to take the time booked and covert it to a future booking for up to a year for a Monday thru Friday time slot. If Covid 19 related we just ask you submit positive test result.
If you have a mom that goes into labor before her shoot... we will also reschedule. Normally it has been for a milk bath... we suggest a mommy and me bath... they are very popular.
